Welcome to the Suntree Estates Homeowners Association Inc, community website.

Suntree Estates is an attractive, well maintained, deed restricted community consisting of 40 single family homes. We are a sub-association of Suntree Master, which consists of about 4,500 households.  Suntree Estates' location and exclusive neighborhood makes it a highly desirable community, with its luscious landscaping and nature preserves that are home to many species of wildlife.

Suntree has many great places nearby for family fun, entertainment, arts, dining, and shopping. Numerous sidewalks and bike trails are available for everyone’s enjoyment.  Community parks with playground equipment are within walking or biking distance.

We are located at a convenient 20 minute drive to Melbourne International Airport, and a 45 minute drive to the Orlando International Airport. Orlando is home to many top theme parks including Disney, Sea World, and Universal Studios.  Thirty minutes away is Port Canaveral, where cruises sail from, and we are just a short drive to Brevard’s pristine beaches and Intracoastal waterways. Other nearby attractions include The Kennedy Space Center, the Brevard Zoo, and Viera’s shopping.   Cocoa and Melbourne historic downtown areas include a plethora of restaurants, boutiques, and entertainment venues.
